How it works

1. Request: Call an endpoint (e.g., /scrape).
2. Challenge: Receive a 402 Payment Required with a Lightning Invoice.
3. Pay: Settle the invoice (millisats/sats).
4. Claim: Retry the request with the L402 Authorization header.
